Apple Cider Vinegar Concoction
I LOVE coffee, so it's hard for me to want to venture into a world without those deliciously roasted beans. But there is a limit to the amount of coffee you SHOULD drink per day, and sometimes you want a little more than just plain ol' water. Hence the birth of this ACV concoction.
ACV, or apple cider vinegar, has been around forever, and has been credited with a plethora of health benefits over the years. While the list of claims is extensive, the only backed by scientific study are that it can help with weight loss, lowering blood sugar levels and improving symptoms of diabetes.

The upside is pretty great, but the downside is that it does NOT taste good solo. It's bitter and has a pretty wicked aftertaste to it. I've tried it many different ways, and this concoction is by far my favorite. I go on kicks for it, and in terms of personal benefits, it's tough to say exactly. Pegging specific health outcomes to any one factor is tricky, but I notice that when I have this beverage at night, I'm much less likely to eat sugar after dinner, which is something I struggle with. So even if it just helps with that, win for me.
What you need:
1-2 tbsp ACV - look for brands that are raw and unfiltered.
Honey (to taste)
Dash of cinnamon
Dash of ginger (don't go crazy with the ginger, it packs a punch!)
I use warm water and drink it with a straw which I recommend (lemon juice can be rough on tooth enamel), but all you do is mix and enjoy!
